Campaign office grand opening this Thursday
Pointers launched a Republican Victory Office last week and will formally celebrate with a grand opening on Thursday, Oct. 1st from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Conveniently located to serve northeastern Wayne County and southern Macomb County, the 20778 Mack Ave. building, on the corner of Anita in Grosse Pointe Woods, occupies the former Schummer’s Ski Shop.
Planners for the event tell us that attendees can expect to meet candidates and like-minded patriots, pick up yard signs, and enjoy food and festivities. Voters, elected officials, candidates, volunteers and anyone interested in helping elect Republicans are invited to attend.
Kim Tocco, volunteer coordinator for the Victory Center reports, “The center’s volunteers are available to provide signs, candidate literature, general voter information, and most importantly comprehensive voter guides to ensure that voters are informed about all races, both partisan and non-partisan.”
“The November 2026 General Election is crucial for our state and local communities. The victory office will serve as an accessible hub for voters throughout the election season, as we work to achieve Republican wins up and down the ballot,” she added.
Hours, subject to change, are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday noon to 6 p.m. In addition to metered, on-street parking, there is off-street parking in the rear for visitors.
