The Eastside Republican Club will be hosting James David Dickson at our February 17 forum. His presentations are always well received, and he remains one of the club’s favorite presenters. As someone who has reported on Wayne County and Detroit for the past decade, you can always count on him to tell it like it is.

Dickson is an independent journalist, podcast host (James Dickson Podcast on X, @downi75), and regular contributor to the Michigan Enjoyer, a media site which brings pertinent information to the grassroots. He is also a former managing editor of the Michigan Capitol Confidential, a daily news site of the Mackinac Center for Public Policy.
